Hi everyone, welcome back to the Dairy Free Diaries! Hope you all are doing well and are excited for this week’s blog post. I am sharing the easiest and quickest lunch and dinner idea. This one sheet meal pan is such an easy thing to meal prep in bulk for the week or to prep for dinner the same night. It is so versatile and the ingredients are completely interchangeable. You can switch up the veggies by using bell peppers, brussels sprouts, etc. Or you can change the protein to tofu or chicken breasts.
