Hello everyone, welcome back! I hope you all are having an amazing week and are ready for the latest recipe I have to share with you all. It is one of my favorite lunches because it is so easy, quick to make, work lunch friendly, AND uses up some leftovers from the week.
This recipe has a little bit of everything: you have some protein with the chicken, lots of veggies, healthy fats from the avocado, and a nice tang from the BBQ sauce. It’s a classic recipe that is so versatile and can serve as a side salad or the main occasion.
It takes less than 10 mins to assemble and can be a great option for bulk meal prepping for those who don’t have much time during the week. I also want to point out that this recipe is made from very nutrient dense ingredients, which are guaranteed to keep you fuller for longer.
Feel free to make changes to your taste, whether it be choosing your favorite BBQ sauce or switching up your greens. This is my personal favorite way of making a BBQ chicken salad, but it is completely customizable. I really hope you guys try this recipe out for yourself and enjoy!
