Welcome back to The Dairy Free Diaries!! Hope you guys had an amazing week and are ready for a delicious recipe this week. And honestly, who doesn’t love chocolate chip pancakes. For the most part, premade boxes of pancake mix either contained gluten or dairy or even both. I found it very hard finding a gluten and dairy free pancake mix that worked for me. Most of the ones I tried either had weird consistencies or just didn’t taste right. So, as I always do, I made my own recipe.
